Orders may be returned within 30 days from date of delivery. RMA number is required. Returned items must be unopened and unused to receive full credit for return. Shipping/freight charges cannot be refunded. Orders placed and paid via credit card and later cancelled may be subject to a 5% transaction fee. All equipment orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Electrical items, special orders or items requiring upholstery selections are non refundable unless written policy was assigned prior to sale.
Interguide Dental & Medical Supply reserves the right to correct any typographical errors. Although we make every effort possible to honor pricing for the duration of its publication, we reserve the right to make price adjustments in accordance with manufacturer price increases. However, we will notify you of any price increases prior to an order being executed. You will be given the option to cancel your order if you do not agree to the price changes.
In order to receive proper credit for returns, the following rules must be followed. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice. We can send a copy of the invoice upon request. Items must be returned in their original packaging. If the item contains a temper evident seal, the seal must be intact in order to receive full credit. Damaged items will not be accepted unless damage was caused by shipper. Return shipping cost must be paid by the buyer unless Interguide shipped incorrect/damaged/expired items. Original shipping cost is non refundable.
All new items are subject to manufacturers' original warranty if applicable. Refurbished equipment carry a parts warranty of 1 year unless otherwise stated. Labor warranty via Interguide is valid for 90 days. Equipment under warranty may be repaired or replaced under manufacturer warranty terms. Extended warranties may be available at an additional cost. Refurbished handpieces have a warranty of 90 days. Equipment must be installed by a qualified technician. Ultrasonic, CAVITRON, and Prophy Jet tips are not covered under warranty unless otherwise stated.
All products are subject to manufacturer availability. Products available at our facility are typically shipped same day if order is placed before 3pm Pacific Time. If a product carries an extended back order time, Interguide will notify you and give you the opportunity to cancel or wait. Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer and may carry varied shipping times depending on region.
If you require a complete delivery of your orders, please enter an X in the Complete Delivery field on the shipping screen of the customer master record. The indicator is copied into the order header, which you can also use for the purpose.
Buyer expressly agrees that Seller’s Invoice and these Terms and Conditions of Sale represent the complete agreement of the parties with respect to the sale of the product(s) listed on the Invoice and no different or additional terms or conditions in Buyer’s purchase order or in any other prior or subsequent communications in any way adding to, modifying or otherwise changing these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be binding upon Seller.
