| TERMS OF SALE - A deposit of 50% is required on all large equipment orders. Balance of payment is due prior to shipment. All orders are subject to a $25 minimum order.
PRICE POLICY - Interguide Dental & Medical Supply reserves the right to correct any typographical errors. Although we make every effort possible to honor pricing for the duration of this publication, we reserve the right to make price adjustments in accordance with unknown price increases. However, we will notify you of any price increases prior to an order being executed.
AVAILABILITY - All items are subject to availability. Due to market conditions, prices may be subject to change. In case of price increases, we will contact you for approval.
REFUNDS / RETURNS / EXCHANGES - Any orders placed and paid by credit card and later cancelled by the purchaser are subject to a 5% transaction fee. All equipment orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Electrical items, special orders or items requiring upholstery selections are not refundable unless written policy was assigned prior of sale. Returned items must be unused and in resalable condition. Refunds are issued within 30 days of equipment return. Freight charges will not be refunded. Opened Handpieces may not be returned for credit, but will be repaired or replaced in accordance with warranty. In order to receive proper credit for Items returned it is very important that you follow these instructions. All returnes MUST include a copy of the original invoice - credit cannot be issued without a copy of the original invoice. You must return items in their original packaging. DO NOT send any merchandise without an outer packaging. Credit will not be issued for merchandise received damaged due to improper packaging. Standard products in saleable condition will be credited in full only if returned no later than 30 days from date of invoice,with invoice copy. Any used or opened products cannot be returned for credit. Additional shipping charges may be incurred to send these products back to you. No credit on items which OSHA regulations prohibit from accepting (i.e., drugs, needles, anesthetics,etc.). Products returned as defective will not be credited until this has been verified by the manufacturer in the form of a credit or exchange. Please allow 8-10 weeks for this process.

WARRANTY - All new items are subject to manufacturers' original stated warranty. All refurbished equipment is warranted for parts for a period of 1-year unless a longer term is stated. Labor warranty is covered for 90 days. All equipment maybe repaired or replaced under the warranty terms. Extended warranties are available at an additional cost. Refurbished hand-pieces are warranted for 90-days. All warranties void unless installation done by qualified technician. Ultrasonic, CAVITRON and Prophy Jets tips are not covered under warranty (some manufactories provide limited warranty-conditional)
TAX EXEMPT CUSTOMERS - Companies such as Wholesalers, Non-Profit Organization, Governmental Institutions and all applicable will not be charged Sale Tax based on Resale Form will filled up and received by Interguide Dental & Medical Supply receivable Department.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Please, call or fax for the export terms and conditions. Export taxes may be collected by Interguide Dental & Medical Supply (limitation for some countries identified by Department of Commerce). The cost of dental equipment does not include installation, the installation of new plumbing, changes to existing plumbing, electrical, carpentry work or flooring. Parts and material required to install, connect, and/or disconnect equipment, which are not supplied to the manufacturer, will be charged to the purchaser. Interguide Dental Supply does not assume responsibility for work performed by persons other than its own employees. Risk of loss to the equipment passes to the purchaser upon delivery. Interguide Dental & Medical Supply shall not be liable for failure to deliver or delays in delivery or performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control including without limitation, delays in manufacture or transportation, acts of purchaser or others acting for or on behalf of purchaser, strikes or other labor difficulties, government controls or actions, acts of God or other casualties. In the event of such delay, the date of delivery or performance shall be extended for a period equal to the time lost by reason of the delay. Purchaser may cancel their order only with the written consent of Interguide Dental & Medical Supply and the payment of reasonable and proper cancellation charges/restocking fees.
INSTALLATION - All installations must be done by a certified/qualified technician or your equipment warranty maybe void. All x-rays must be installed by a technician licensed within your state.
CREDIT CARD PURCHASERS REQUIREMENTS: All Customers are making purchases over the telephone or Internet Store has to provide information as following:

NOTICE - Drop shipping fee may apply by some manufactory. Please, be advised to inquire additional fee prior of ordering.
