Cleaning Indicators' Charachteristics:
- Synthetic substrate, thermostable
- Test soil composed of organic components (proteins, carbohydrates, fatty acids and colorants), according to ISO/TS 15883-5:2005 standard. CSUC-200 Splat formulation allows detection of all factors that affect the cleaning/washing process outcome.
- Should be used for routine monitoring in a ultrasonic washer.
- Specific metallic holder: CSUH-01
Ultrasonic Vials' Charachteristics:
- For ultrasonic washing machines operating at frequencies ≥ 35 kHz, between 18-70 °C.
- Challenge level: high
- Especially designed to monitor the ultrasonic machine WITHOUT LOAD, in order to detect strong and weak spots of cavitation
